I set up my travel watercolour palette tonight. #watercolour #painting #artstudio #artist
Finished the back of my sweater. I designed the colour work. Pattern is a major rewrite and adaptation of an existing pattern so it will fit me and work for my heavier yarn. #sweater #knitting
Setting up my new watercolour palette! #watercolours #painting #rainbow 🌈
Just finished this new illustration. It’s called “Bromley Rock Cedar”. #cedar #illustration #watercolour #artist #painting
I participated in a cultural workshop today making miniature cedar paddles. Here is my paddle with a newt design that I made up. Please note I’m not Indigenous, so I would never sell this or claim that it is an Indigenous design. I teach at a First Nations school so I often get to be part of these lovely cultural experiences. I feel fortunate to learn about Coast Salish art and culture, and to support Indigenous learners.
Just a silken windhound and a Bengal cat in my lap... being friends. 🐶❤️😻#sighthounds #silkenwindhound #bengalcat #puppy #kitty
