Tomorrow (Saturday, Sept. 26th) is the Local Colour art event downtown, put on by the Downtown Victoria Business Association. Artists will be drawing and painting all over the place downtown. The event headquarters is the Legacy Gallery at the corner of Yates and Broad street. My location for sketching will be at Government Street and Fisgard, across the street from the Chinatown archway, next to that silver globe sculpture. I will be there from 130pm to 330 pm or so.
